Il Consolato Generale d’Italia a Toronto è stato lieto di sostenere la mostra itinerante “Il Perugino – The Best Master of Italy” ospitata alla Scuola Superiore St Jean de Brebeuf a Woodbridge!
Il 20 marzo, la Dirigente Scolastica del Consolato Generale, Laura Innocenti , insieme a Joseph Cafiso del COMITES, ha visitato la scuola per un incontro con la preside Dott.ssa Elisa Mastromartino, la Prof.ssa Gidaro (insegnante di Arte) e il Prof. Buscemi (docente di Italiano). In presenza di un gruppo di studenti della classe di grado 11, sono stati condivisi pensieri e riflessioni sull’arte del grande maestro Perugino. La mostra ha dato l’opportunità agli oltre 1600 studenti di immergersi nell’Italia del primo Rinascimento che fu il mondo del geniale pittore!
Un ringraziamento speciale alla scuola per aver accolto questo progetto che ha coinvolto un così grande numero di alunni e insegnanti!

The Consulate General of Italy in Toronto was pleased to support the traveling exhibition “Il Perugino – The Best Master of Italy” hosted at St Jean de Brebeuf High School in Woodbridge!
On March 20, Director for Education of the Consulate General, Laura Innocenti , together with Joseph Cafiso representing the COMITES, visited the school for a meeting with Principal Dr. Elisa Mastromartino, Prof. Gidaro (Art teacher) and Prof. Prof. Buscemi (teacher of Italian). In the presence of a group of students from the grade 11 class, thoughts and reflections were shared on the art of the great master Perugino. The exhibition provided an opportunity for the more than 1,600 students to immerse themselves in the early Renaissance Italy that was the world of the brilliant painter!
A special thanks to the school for welcoming this project that involved such a large number of students and teachers!
